By creating an account, accessing our website at https://temi96.cam, or using any of our betting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on temi96. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Verification

Bank transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are usually processed within 2-5 minutes. temi96 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

temi96 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.
• You will not use temi96 services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities.
• We may request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in any 30-day period.
• We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying you.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process and Timing

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• There are no pending investigations or disputes on your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name.

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallets), you must provide alternative bank account details registered in your name.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Principles

When placing bets on temi96, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after confirmation unless explicitly permitted by platform functionality.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to obvious technical errors will be voided, and stakes refunded.
• We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started (except for live betting markets).
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product: Sports (Rp 10.000), Live Casino (Rp 10.000), Slots (Rp 1.000), Togel (Rp 1.000), Sabung Ayam (Rp 10.000).
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by market, event, and your VIP tier. We reserve the right to limit stake sizes at our discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on temi96 is governed by the following specific rules:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, etc.).
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real-time. Brief delays may occur due to technical factors; all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• Outcomes are based on regular time (90 minutes for football) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime are not included unless the market specifies "Including Extra Time" or "To Qualify."

6.3 Casino and Togel Rules

• Live Casino: Results are determined by physical cards, dice, wheels, or other equipment operated by professional dealers. Video feeds are provided in real-time, and results cannot be disputed unless clear technical malfunction is proven.
• Slots and RNG Games: All slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Any user under 21 years of age attempting to register or use our services.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, exploiting technical glitches.
• Money Laundering: Using temi96 services to transfer, conceal, or legitimize illicitly obtained funds.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.2 Accuracy of Information

9.3 Maximum Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You fail to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification

Upon suspension or termination, any pending bets will be settled according to official results, and your remaining balance (minus any forfeited bonuses) will be available for withdrawal after completion of any necessary investigations.
